Spotted a wrong price, a plan that changed, or a tool we should cover? Email us. Every message is read, and corrections are checked against the vendor's own page.

Report a correction

To get a fix in quickly, please include:

1. The page on our site, as a link (for example, a tool's pricing page).
2. What's wrong, and what it should say instead.
3. A public source, ideally the vendor's own pricing or plan page, so we can check it.

If it checks out, we update the page and its check date, and log price or plan changes in the price-change log.

For software vendors

Want your tool listed, or want to fact-check the page we wrote about it? See list your tool for founding featured listings and how to ask us to add a tool. Listings never change our verdicts, rankings or prices (disclosure).

Everything else

• Newsletter: unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of any email, or email us.
• Privacy requests: see our privacy policy.
• Help with a vendor's product (billing, an account, a bug) has to go to that vendor; we're an independent site, not their support team.
